This pet seat is designed for small pets up to 4 pounds. It enables them to ride up front with you; on the console between the front driver's bucket seat and the passenger seat. It may not work for every model car; as some consoles on some cars are very high; and thus the pet may be at your shoulder height; which may be higher than you might wish. It will normally allow small pets to see out the car window while kept safe with a harness and our connecting safety trap that connects the harness to the lookout. It will boost the pet about 3-4 inches. The seat is; in turn; secured to your front bucket seats by means of straps that hold it in place; keeping it from being thrown in cases of sudden stops or accidents.
